aka how we keep workshops running smoothly and fairly for everyone...

Booking into a workshop is a little promise. A promise that you’re coming, that I’m preparing a seat for you, and that someone else might miss out because you grabbed that spot. These policies exist to keep things kind, clear, and running without chaos.

Refunds

Workshops are Non-Refundable.
Once a booking is made, that spot is reserved just for you and materials, time, and planning are locked in.

Can’t Make It? Let Me Know...

Life happens. I get it.

If you contact me before the class to let me know you can’t attend, I’m happy to credit your account so you can reschedule into another workshop.

Why this matters:
Many workshops have a waiting list. If I don’t know you’re not coming, someone else misses out on that spot and the studio ends up with an empty chair that could have been joyfully occupied. Most classes only run a handful of times a year, and some are offered just once a year, if you miss out, there may not be another chance to attend, so when I know ahead of time that you can’t make it, I can offer that spot to someone else instead of it going unused.

No-Shows

If you don’t attend and haven’t contacted me beforehand, the booking is forfeited and no credit can be issued. Not out of spite. Just logistics.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Simply email or message me as soon as you know you can’t make it. Early notice is always appreciated and often makes someone else’s day.

Postage & Delivery (via Australia Post)

Physical items are shipped using Australia Post.

  • Free postage on orders over $100

  • Orders under $100 are charged a flat postage rate at checkout

  • Tracking details will be provided where available

Please allow a little extra time during busy postal periods. Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are out of my control, but I’ll always help where I can if something goes astray.

Photography at Workshops

From time to time, photos may be taken during workshops. These images help share the story of the studio and may be used for future marketing and advertising, including on social media, the website, and promotional materials.

If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know before or during the workshop. I completely understand and will always respect your wishes.

Your privacy matters. I only collect what’s needed to run this website and business smoothly.
