In these 2 Workshops Amanda will show you how to English Paper Piece with any shape you choose over 1" AND turn them into a Needle Book for EPP!

In Week 1 we will learn how to cut, baste and stitch our English Paper Pieces to create a piece of 'fabric'

And in Week 2 we will quilt and sew our English Paper Pieced 'fabric' into a needle book.

Workshop Details:

Date: Saturday 8th & 15th August 2026

Time: 09:30 - 13:00, both days

Venue: Learn to Create, Upstairs @ 3/20 Ann St, Nambour

Cost: $90 for both Workshops

Skill Level: 6 - Intermediate 

What to Bring:
Week 1 - 1" or larger EPP Papers (any shape), Fabrics (can be scraps) 1/2" bigger than your papers, Basting Glue Pen, 50wt Cotton Thread, Quilting Needles Size 9-11 (I like Big Eye), Rotary Cutter, Scissors, Sewing Kit, Morning Tea, Water/Drink

Week 2 - EPP Fabric (made last week or 10yrs ago), Wadding, Backing Fabric, Extra Fabric for a Pocket, Sewing Machine and Attachments, Basting Glue Spray, Quilting Cotton Thread, Walking Foot (if you have one), Rotary Cutter, Scissors, Fabric Markers, Sewing Kit, Morning Tea, Water/Drink
